Glen Kelley is a Senior Advisor, Trusted Trade Alliance and a Member of the law firm Jacobson Burton Kelley PLLC. Glen has over 15 years of experience advising US and non-US companies and financial institutions on matters involving economic and financial sanctions, export controls and defense trade controls, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-bribery laws, and US anti-money laundering law.

Glen handles transactional and compliance issues, licensing and negotiations with US government agencies related to these laws and regulations. He represents clients across a broad range of sectors including financial institutions, private equity and investment funds, oil and gas, energy, healthcare and consumer goods, automotive, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, construction and engineering, and telecoms and technology. Clients appreciate Glen's depth and breadth of experience, comprehensive knowledge of sanctions and trade controls, and ability to explain even the most complex regulations clearly.

Prior to joining Jacobson Burton Kelley, Glen was the chair of the regional leaders of the global sanctions and trade group of a leading international law firm. Glen has served as an Attorney Adviser at the US Department of State, where he received Honor Awards for his work on matters involving Iran and Iraq.

Glen is included in the Who's Who Legal directory of trade and customs lawyers (whoswholegal.com) and is a member of the Steering Committee of the American Bar Association Committee on Export Controls and Economic Sanctions. He is a member of the New York and District of Columbia Bars.
